AN ACT concerning

                               Vehicle Laws- - Identification Cards

FOR the purpose of establishing a consolidated identification
card; altering the name of a certain identification card;
providing that the identification card shall contain a
photography increasing the fee for issuance of an
identification card and a duplicate card; repealing certain
provisions of law relating to issuance of the age of
majority card; prohibiting a person from committing fraud or
making a misrepresentation in using an identification card;
providing for a certain expiration date for a certain
identification card; and generally relating to the issuance
and use of an identification card.
