GRANT, BY LAW, A PROPERTY TAX CREDIT AGAINST THE COUNTY OR
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION PROPERTY TAX IMPOSED ON REAL PROPERTY THAT
IS USED SOLELY AS A TOBACCO BARN.
