(2)  OF THE 11 BOARD MEMBERS:

(I) 5 6 MEMBERS SHALL BE REALTORS
LICENSEES, AT LEAST ONE OR OF WHOM IS ALSO A HOMEBUILDER;

(II) 1 MEMBER SHALL BE THE SECRETARY OF THE

DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OR THE

SECRETARY'S DESIGNEE;

(III) (II) 1 SHALL BE A MEMBER OF THE LOW
INCOME HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD;

(IV) (III) 2 SHALL BE REPRESENTATIVES OF
NONPROFIT HOUSING ORGANIZATIONS; AND

(V) (IV) 2 SHALL BE PUBLIC MEMBERS.

(3)  THE GOVERNOR SHALL APPOINT THE BOARD MEMBERS WITH
THE ADVICE AND CONSENT OF THE SENATE.

(4)  BOARD MEMBERS SHALL BE RESIDENTS OF THE STATE WHO
REPRESENT THE DIFFERENT REGIONS OF THE STATE.

(5) THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OR THE SECRETARY'S DESIGNEE SHALL SIT AS AN
EX OFFICIO, NONVOTING MEMBER OF THE BOARD.

(C)(1) THE TERM OF OFFICE OF EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD IS 3
YEARS.

(2) THE TERMS OF MEMBERS ARE STAGGERED AS REQUIRED BY
THE TERMS PROVIDED FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD ON JULY 1, 1985 1986.

(3) AT THE END OF A TERM, A MEMBER CONTINUES TO SERVE
UNTIL A SUCCESSOR IS APPOINTED AND QUALIFIES.

(4) A MEMBER WHO IS APPOINTED AFTER A TERM HAS BEGUN
SERVES ONLY FOR THE REST OF THE TERM AND UNTIL A SUCCESSOR IS
APPOINTED AND QUALIFIES.

(5) A MEMBER MAY NOT BE REAPPOINTED TO MORE THAN 2
CONSECUTIVE TERMS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THAT MEMBER'S INITIAL
TERM.

(6) THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD ARE NOT OFFICERS OR
EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE.

(C) THE TERM OF OFFICE OF EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD SHALL BE
3 YEARS EXCEPT THAT 3 OF THE MEMBERS FIRST APPOINTED, AS
DESIGNATED BY THE GOVERNOR WHEN FIRST APPOINTED, SHALL SERVE FOR
A TERM OF 1 YEAR AND 3 SHALL SERVE FOR A TERM OF 2 YEARS. EACH
MEMBER OF THE BOARD SHALL CONTINUE TO SERVE UNTIL A SUCCESSOR HAS
BEEN APPOINTED. ANY VACANCY OCCURRING ON THE BOARD DURING THE
TERM OF ANY MEMBER SHALL BE FILLED BY THE GOVERNOR FOR THE
