take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Stormwater Management - Construction Activities of State Agencies

FOR the purpose of repealing a certain provision of law that
exempts the construction activities of State agencies from
the requirement to submit stormwater management plans before
development of land providing that the Department of Natural
Resources, on request of a county or municipality, shall
require that a State agency submit a stormwater management
plan to the jurisdiction for review and comment within a
certain time period and that the State agency include the
comments as part of its plan submitted to the Department.
