Notes contained in this Act are not law and may not be considered
to have been enacted as a part of this Act.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect October 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

State Depositories

FOR the purpose of clarifying altering the types of obligations
that may be given as collateral security by a State
depository; and altering the types of financial institutions
that may be used as custodians of collateral security; .
disqualifying any banking institution outside the State from
serving as a State depository; and making a stylistic
change.
