(III) any national banking association that is
approved by the Comptroller of the Currency; or

[(iii)] (IV) any other bank or trust company

that is incorporated in another state and is approved by the

banking authority of the state where the bank or trust company
has its principal office.

7-104.

(b) The Secretary shall include in the draft items for
capital improvements [that will not be included in the
consolidated loan budget],

So that the General Assembly may know the extent and cost of
the nonclassified positions that the General Assembly has created
and wants to maintain outside the classified service, each budget
bill shall contain a separate section that, by unit of the State
government, states:

(3) the [appropriation requested] AMOUNT PROPOSED for
each of those job classifications.

7-111.

(a) The Governor shall include in each budget bill a lump
sum appropriation to THE University College OF THE UNIVERSITY OF
MARYLAND.

7-119.

The budget books for a fiscal year shall contain a
[statement] SUMMARY of [each] THE annuity bond [account] ACCOUNTS
of the State as of the end of the last full fiscal year.

7-304.

At the end of a fiscal year, the unspent part of an
appropriation from a source that State law or an Act of Congress
dedicates to a specific purpose does not revert to the General
Fund of the State BUT REVERTS TO THE APPROPRIATE SPECIAL FUND.

7-305.

(d) Unless [the appropriation act provides] otherwise
PROVIDED BY LAW, the authority to spend the appropriation for a
project terminates:

(1) 2 years after the effective date of the
appropriation act that authorizes the project, if no part of the
project is under contract and the Board has not committed the
money for any part of the project; or
