(a) (2) A signature may be by facsimile as provided in
[Article 31, § 14 of the Code] § 2-303 OF THE STATE FINANCE AND
PROCUREMENT ARTICLE.

Article - Health - General

16-204.

(d) (2) The central collection unit in the Department of
Budget and Fiscal Planning shall handle those delinquent accounts
and debts that the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene refers
under [Article 41, § 71 of the Code] § 3-202 OF THE STATE FINANCE
AND PROCUREMENT ARTICLE.

3-103.

(h) The Service is exempt from the provisions of [Article
78A, subtitle "Department of General Services", but is subject to
all of the other applicable provisions of that article] SUBTITLES
4 AND 7 OF TITLE 4 OF THE STATE FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT ARTICLE.

3-114.

(d) The bonds and notes are exempt from the provisions of
[Article 31, §§ 1 to 12 of the Code] §§ 8-206, 8-208, AND 8-213
THROUGH 8-221 OF THE STATE FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT ARTICLE. The
Service may sell its bonds and notes in the manner, either at
public or at private sale, and for the price it determines.

3-305.

(a) The expertise of the electric utilities in the basic
requirements, including environmental considerations, of a site
for power generation and generator lead route is a needed element
in site selection. Therefore, for the purposes of insuring
adequate power on reasonable schedules while also protecting the
quality of the State's environment, site acquisition and
generator lead route designation may occur as follows:

(4) If any property acquired by condemnation under
this subsection is not requested by an electric company under
subsection (d) of this section within 15 years of the date of
purchase by the Secretary, the Secretary shall provide the
original owner or the heirs of the original owner the opportunity
to purchase the property within 90 days from the date the offer
is made, at a price not exceeding the amount paid by the State
plus 6 percent annual interest. This sale shall be deemed to be
for adequate consideration for purposes of [Article 78A, § 15 of
the Code] § 10-305 OF THE STATE FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT ARTICLE.
