LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 702

MARYLAND ROUTE 16 CHURCH CREEK ROAD, TO INTERSECT THE SOUTHEAST
BRANCH OF FISHING CREEK, AT A POINT 900 FEET SOUTH OF PIG NECK
ROAD. THENCE RUNNING WESTERLY DOWN THE CENTER OF SOUTHEAST
BRANCH AND ON DOWN THE CENTER OF FISHING CREEK TO ITS MOUTH IN
THE CENTER OF THE LITTLE CHOPTANK RIVER. THENCE RUNNING
NORTHEASTERLY UP THE CENTER OF THE LITTLE CHOPTANK RIVER TO THE
MOUTH OF GARY CREEK. THENCE RUNNING NORTHERLY UP THE CENTER OF
GARY CREEK, TO INTERSECT MARYLAND ROUTE 343, HILLS POINT ROAD.
THENCE BY A STRAIGHT LINE NORTHERLY TO THE HEAD OF LECOMPTE
CREEK. THENCE RUNNING NORTHEASTERLY DOWN THE CENTER OF LECOMPTE
CREEK, AND ON THROUGH LECOMPTE BAY TO THE CENTER OF THE CHOPTANK
RIVER, AND THE TALBOT COUNTY LINE. THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY UP
THE CENTER OF THE CHOPTANK RIVER WITH THE TALBOT COUNTY LINE TO
THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
