THENCE NORTHWESTERLY WITH SPRINGDALE ROAD CROSSING MARYLAND ROUTE
16 AND ON IN A STRAIGHT LINE NORTHWESTERLY TO INTERSECT INDIAN
CREEK. THENCE RUNNING NORTHEASTERLY, AND NORTHWESTERLY DOWN THE
CENTER OF INDIAN CREEK TO ITS MOUTH, AND ON NORTHWESTERLY TO THE
CENTER OF THE CHOPTANK RIVER, AND THE TALBOT COUNTY LINE. THENCE
RUNNING NORTHERLY WITH THE CENTER OF THE CHOPTANK RIVER AND THE
TALBOT COUNTY LINE TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

(B) PRECINCT ONE OF THE SECOND OR EAST NEW MARKET ELECTION

DISTRICT IS CREATED AND THE BOUNDARIES SHALL BE: BEGINNING IN

CABIN CREEK OPPOSITE THE DIVISION LINE OF CHARGES C. POWELL AND
JOSEPH LEROY WANEX ETAL. AT A POINT 2,200 FEET MORE OR LESS EAST
OF SUICIDE BRIDGE ROAD. THENCE RUNNING WITH THE SECOND ELECTION
DISTRICT LINES EASTERLY, SOUTHERLY AND WESTERLY TO MARYLAND ROUTE

16, THE CAMBRIDGE EAST NEW MARKET ROAD, AT SPRINGDALE ROAD.

THENCE RUNNING WITH THE CENTER LINE OF MARYLAND ROUTE 16 EASTERLY
TO THE DIVISION LINE OF JAMES T. WINDSOR ETAL. AND DORSEY E.
BARROW, AND AT A POINT 3,300 FEET MORE OR LESS EAST OF HICKSBURG

ROAD. THENCE RUNNING NORTHERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE PLACE

OF BEGINNING.

(C) PRECINCT TWO OF THE SECOND OF EAST NEW MARKET ELECTION
DISTRICT IS CREATED AND THE BOUNDARIES SHALL BE: BEGINNING IN

DISTRICT LINE. THENCE RUNNING WITH THE SECOND ELECTION DISTRICT
LINES NORTHWESTERLY; NORTHEASTERLY AND EASTERLY TO THE PLACE OF
BEGINNING.

THE THIRD OR VIENNA ELECTION DISTRICT IS CREATED AND THE
BOUNDARIES SHALL BE: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE
NANTICOKE RIVER AND THE MARSHYHOPE CREEK ON THE WICOMICO COUNTY
LINE. THENCE RUNNING SOUTHWESTERLY DOWN THE CENTER OF THE
NANTICOKE RIVER AND WITH THE WICOMICO COUNTY LINE TO A POINT EAST
OF THE SOUTHEASTERLY END OF KRAFT NECK ROAD. THENCE RUNNING WEST
TO THE SOUTHEAST END OF KRAFT NECK ROAD. THENCE RUNNING
NORTHWESTERLY AND WESTERLY WITH THE CENTER LINE OF KRAFT NECK
ROAD TO STEELES NECK ROAD. THENCE RUNNING SOUTHWESTERLY WITH
CENTER LINE OF STEELES NECK ROAD 2,000 FEET TO A POINT. THENCE
RUNNING NORTHWESTERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES TO STEELES NECK ROAD TO THE
CENTER OF THE CHICAMACOMICO RIVER. THENCE RUNNING NORTHERLY UP
THE CENTER OF THE CHICAMACOMICO RIVER, TO THE INTERSECTION OF
MAIDEN FOREST ROAD. THENCE RUNNING SOUTHERLY WITH THE CENTER
LINE OF MAIDEN FOREST ROAD TO THE INTERSECTION OF THE
HAWKEYE-MAYS MILL ROAD. THENCE RUNNING NORTHWESTERLY WITH THE
CENTER LINE OF HAWKEYE-MAYS MILL ROAD, TO PAYNE MILL ROAD AT
HAWKEYE. THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY WITH THE CENTER LINE OF PAYNE
