and any alcoholic beverages may not be sold, served or consumed
on the licensed premises on Sunday after two o'clock a.m. [or]
AND before twelve o'clock noon.

(v) Notwithstanding the provisions of § 41[, an
individual or partnership may not hold more than two Class BH
licenses.] OR OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE, AN INDIVIDUAL,
PARTNERSHIP, OR CORPORATION MAY NOT HOLD OR HAVE AN INTEREST IN
MORE THAN FOUR CLASS BH LICENSES.

(VI) THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS SHALL
ADOPT RULES TO ESTABLISH COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SUBSECTION.

53.

(a) The number of licenses of each class of alcoholic

beverage licenses in Prince George's County may not exceed  the
following maximum amounts:

Beer license, Class A...................................     18

Beer license, Class B...................................     15

Beer license, Class C...................................       3

Beer license, Class D...................................     74

Beer and light wine license, Class A....................     22

Beer and light wine license, Class B....................     31

Beer and light wine license, Class C....................       8

Beer and light wine license, Class D....................     47

Beer, wine and liquor license, Class A..................   138

Beer, wine and liquor license, Class B..................   153

Beer, wine and liquor license, Class BCE................       3

Beer, wine and liquor license, Class B-CI...............       2

Beer, wine and liquor license, Class BH............ [10] 20

Beer, wine and liquor license, Class B/Arena............        1

Beer, wine and liquor license, Class B/ECF..............        1

Under § 20(k)(l)..................................     26

(c) [This section] SUBSECTIONS(A) AND (B) SHALL NOT APPLY

TO LICENSES ISSUED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF §§ 19(s)(2), 19(S),(3),

19(s)(5), or 25 of this article.

(e) (1) (i) In Prince George's County, a person, whether
acting on that person's behalf or on the behalf of another person
or entity, corporation, association, partnership, limited
partnership or other combination of persons (natural or
otherwise) for whatever reason formed, may not have an interest
in more than one license authorizing the retail or wholesale sale
of alcoholic beverages.

(ii) An interest shall be conclusively presumed
to exist between 2 licensees or a licensee and an applicant for a
license if any of the following conditions exist between them:
