1.  the part of any central administrative
or service facility that is reasonably allocable to the licensed
health care part of the facility; or

2.  the part of any land that is
reasonably allocable to the licensed health care part of the
facility.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 1 of
this Act shall take effect June 1, 1985 and shall remain in
effect until February 1, 1986. On February 1, 1986, and with no
further action required by the General Assembly, Section 1 of
this Act shall be of no further effect. Section 2 of this Act
shall take effect February 1, 1986.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
be applicable to all tax years beginning after December 31 June
30, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Charles County - Scholarships

FOR the purpose of altering certain requirements for eligibility
to receive certain scholarships in Charles County; granting
the County Commissioners of Charles County certain powers to
award certain scholarships; authorizing the County
Commissioners in Charles County to appropriate certain funds
for the scholarship program and to excuse a scholarship
recipient from fulfilling a certain employment requirement
under certain circumstances; and generally relating to a
scholarship program in Charles County.
