(F) IF AN INDIVIDUAL ATTENDS A PRIVATE ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM
OR AN ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM PROVIDED BY A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF
THIS STATE THAT IS APPROVED BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE
COURTS AND THE ADMINISTRATION, THE ADMINISTRATION MAY WAIVE
ATTENDANCE AT A DRIVER IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM OR ALCOHOL EDUCATION
PROGRAM CONDUCTED BY THE ADMINISTRATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages License -

Transfer or Assignment

PG 309-85

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the Prince George's County Board
of License Commissioners from transferring the licensed
location of an alcoholic beverages license of any class for
a certain period of time beginning from the date it was
issued to a new holder; and providing for certain transfer
and assignment exceptions.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
