architectural and engineering services may appeal the
recommendation to the Board of Public Works which may only (1)
approve the recommendation, (2) disapprove the recommendation, or
(3) remand the recommendation to the Transportation Professional
Services Selection Board or the General Professional Services
Selection Board for further consideration.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

100 of 1985 becomes law, beginning October 1, 1985, this Act
shall be deemed to amend the State Finance and Procurement
Article, such that:
(a) Provisions of this Act adding Article 21, § 7-101 under
the new subtitle "Subtitle 1. Escrow Accounts" shall be deemed
to add § 11-136.1 of the State Finance and Procurement Article
under the heading "Part XI. Payment of State Obligations"; and
(b) Provisions of this Act adding Article 21, § 7-201(c)
shall be deemed to add § ll-137(i) of the State Finance and
Procurement Article.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
Natural Resources Police Officers - Overtime
FOR the purpose of altering certain limits on the amount of
overtime compensation available for certain Natural
resources Police officers; providing that certain Natural
Resources Police Officers shall receive overtime
compensation only for certain authorized work; providing
that a Natural Resources Police officer who may work
overtime for which compensation is not available is
considered to be employed by the State for certain purposes;
and generally relating to overtime compensation for Natural
Resources Police officers.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
