SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985. It shall remain in effect for a period
of time that is the same length of time that there is a
moratorium on the taking, possessing, selling, or transporting of
striped bass or rockfish in the waters of the State of Maryland;
and at the end of the moratorium, and with no further action
required by the General Assembly, this Act shall be abrogated and
of no further force and effect.
