AN ACT concerning

Tidal Fish License - Fees for Commercial Fishermen

FOR the purpose of altering certain license fees for a person who
engages in certain commercial activities concerning finfish
under a tidal fish license; providing for a certain license
fee for an inactive status of certain persons who have a
tidal fish license; providing for the effective date of this
Act subject to a termination provision; and generally
relating to fees for certain commercial fishermen under a
tidal fish license.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

4-701.

(b) The Department shall utilize a single license, called a
tidal fish license. A tidal fish license shall authorize the
licensee to engage in each activity indicated on the license.

(d) (1) The following annual license fees shall apply:

(i) To provide services as a fishing guide in
tidal waters pursuant to § 4-210:
