AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Board of
License Commissioners Alcoholic Beverage Board

FOR the purpose of creating a board of license commissioners an
alcoholic beverage board in St. Mary's County by abolishing
the existing system in the County; providing for membership,
chairperson, quorums, and meetings of the board; providing
for the appointment, qualifications, terms, compensation,
and removal of a board member and a liquor inspector;

providing for certain board reports; repealing the

requirement that the board prepare an annual report and send
copies to certain persons; providing for a board attorney;
providing for clerical assistance for the board; prohibiting
the members, inspector, and employees of the board from
participating in certain unethical practices while serving
the board; providing for terms of members and. the
appointment of certain members; providing for continuing
employment of certain employees; and generally relating to
the membership of the board of license commissioners in
alcoholic beverage board for St. Mary's County and the
appointment and employment of an attorney and the inspector,
and the employment of the employees of the board.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
