AN ACT concerning

Hazardous and Toxic Substances -
Access to Information - Corrections

FOR the purpose of amending, correcting, and clarifying certain
technical and typographical errors in the State law
concerning access to information on hazardous and toxic
substances; altering the definition of hazardous chemical to
delete a reference to gaseous ammonia; updating certain
cross-references in this State law; providing that
manufacturers and distributors of hazardous and toxic
substances must comply with certain provisions of law by a
certain date; and generally relating to updating and
clarifying the State law concerning access to information on
hazardous and toxic substances.
