take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses

PG 314-85

FOR the purpose of requiring the Prince George's County Board of
License Commissioners to restrict the issuance of a Class A
(off-sale) alcoholic beverages license to use in a business
establishment commonly known as a packaged goods store
having a primary business of selling alcoholic beverages to
the public in sealed containers for consumption off the
premises; requiring the Board to apply the same restriction
to a transfer of a Class A (oof-sale) alcoholic beverages
license that is applies to the issuance of this class of
license;

FOR the purpose of requiring the Prince George's County Board of
License Commissioners to prohibit the issuance or transfer
of any class of alcoholic beverages license for use in
certain business establishments; and providing that this Act
does not affect the a certain transfer or renewal of Class A
(off-sale) any classes of alcoholic beverages licenses
issued in this County prior to the effective date of this
Act.
