(4)  THE NAME, ADDRESS, AND LICENSE NUMBER OF THE
OTHER DEALER WITH WHOM THE WHOLESALE DEALER CONDUCTS A PURCHASE,
SALE, OR EXCHANGE;

(5)  THE ODOMETER MILEAGE STATEMENT FOR A VEHICLE THAT
IS REQUIRED UNDER THE FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE INFORMATION AND COST
ACT; AND

(6)  EACH INVOICE, BILL OF SALE, AND OTHER PERTINENT
DOCUMENT AND RECORD IN THE FORM REQUIRED BY THE ADMINISTRATION.

Each license shall state:

(1)  The type of vehicles in which the licensee may
deal;

(2)  The locations from which the licensee may deal in
that type of vehicle; [and]

(3)  If it is a license to deal in new vehicles, the
make of new vehicles in which the licensee may deal; AND

(4)  AS TO A WHOLESALE DEALER, THAT THE WHOLESALE
DEALER MAY NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM, SELL A VEHICLE TO, OR EXCHANGE
VEHICLES WITH A RETAIL BUYER; AND

(5)  AS TO A WHOLESALE DEALER, THAT THE WHOLESALE
DEALER MAY NOT BUY, SELL, OR EXCHANGE NEW VEHICLES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Delmarva Advisory Council - Funding

FOR the purpose of extending the effective date for which
Maryland's State allocation for funding the Delmarva
Advisory Council becomes contingent upon the contribution of
equal shares of financial support by the participating
Maryland counties; and providing that this Act is contingent
upon the passage of a similar Act by Delaware and Virginia.
