MONTHS AFTER DATE OF DEATH OF THE DECEDENT, ANY UNPAID PORTION OF
THE MARYLAND ESTATE TAX SHALL BEAR INTEREST AT THE RATE SPECIFIED
IN ARTICLE 81, § 204 OF THE CODE UNTIL THE DATE OF PAYMENT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
N. M. Carroll United Methodist Home
for the Aged, Inc. Loan of 1984
FOR the purpose of amending the provisions of Chapter 476 of the
Acts of 1984 to provide that the grant to the N. M. Carroll
United Methodist Home for the Aged, Inc. is to be used for
the construction and equipping of the medical facilities of
the N. M. Carroll United Methodist Home for the Aged, Inc.
in Baltimore City, including the construction and equipping
of a chronic hospital, a comprehensive nursing home, and a
domiciliary beds facility; extending the time for the N. M.
Carroll United Methodist Home for the Aged, Inc. to present
evidence satisfactory to the Board of Public Works that a
certain matching fund will be provided; and generally
relating to the N. M. Carroll United Methodist Home for the
Aged, Inc. Loan of 1984.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Chapter 476 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1984
