(2) All fees from oversize and overweight permits
issued by the Administration;
(3) Except as otherwise provided by law, all revenues
of the Motor Vehicle Administration, including:
(i) The vehicle titling tax;
(ii) Vehicle registration fees;
(iii) Driver's license fees; and
(iv) Vehicle titling fees; and
(4) The revenue disbursed to this account under §
288A of Article 81.
(c) (1) During each fiscal year, the Account shall be used
to pay the allocations of highway user revenues provided by this
subtitle to the counties, municipalities, and Baltimore City; and
(2) The balance of the Account may be used as
provided in § 3-216 of this article.

(a) Subject to §§ 3-307 and 3-308 of this article, during
each fiscal year, 17.5 percent of the total highway user
revenues, except the remainder of the net proceeds of the motor
vehicle [gasoline] FUEL tax collected under Article 56, § 136[(i)
and (j)] (D) AND (E) of the Code, shall be distributed to
Baltimore City in monthly installments.
(b) Subject to §§ 3-307 and 3-308 of this article, during
each fiscal year, 17.5 percent of the total highway user
revenues, except the remainder of the net proceeds of the motor
vehicle [gasoline] FUEL tax collected under Article 56, § 136[(i)
and (j)] (D) AND (E) of the Code, shall be distributed to the
counties and municipalities of this State at the times specified
in § 8-407 of this subtitle.
(c) Subject to §§ 3-307 and 3-308 of this article, during
each fiscal year, 13.5 percent of the remainder of the net
proceeds of the motor vehicle [gasoline] FUEL tax collected under
Article 56, § 136[(i) and (j)] (D) AND (E) of the Code shall be
distributed to Baltimore City in monthly installments.
(d) Subject to §§ 3-307 and 3-308 of this article, during
each fiscal year, 13.5 percent of the remainder of the net
proceeds of the motor vehicle [gasoline] FUEL tax collected under
Article 56, § 136[(i) and (j)] (D) AND (E) of the Code shall be
distributed to the counties and municipalities of this State at
the times specified in § 8-407 of this subtitle.
