(3)  In Baltimore County the rate is 6% a year or as
fixed by law of the County Council;

(4)  In Calvert County the rate is 10% a year or as
fixed by the County Commissioners;

(5)  IN CAROLINE COUNTY THE RATE IS 10% A YEAR OR AS
FIXED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS;

[(5)] (6) In Frederick County the rate is 6% a year
or as fixed by the County Commissioners;

[(6)] (7) In Harford County the rate is 6% a year or
as fixed by law of the County Council;

[(7)] (8) In Howard County the rate is 6% a year or
as fixed by law of the County Council;

[(8)] (9) In Kent County the rate is 6% a year or as
fixed by the County Commissioners.

[(9)] (10) In Montgomery County the rate is 6% a year
or as fixed by law of the County Council;

[(10)] (11) In Prince George's County the rate is 6%
a year or as fixed by law of the County Council; and

[(11)] (12) In Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester
counties the rate is 6% a year or as fixed by the county
commissioners or by law of the county council.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect February 1, 1986.

Vehicle Laws - Brake Equipment - Trailers,
Semitrailers, and Pole Trailers

FOR the purpose of altering the brake equipment requirements for
certain trailers, semitrailers, and pole trailers with a
certain gross weight; and generally relating to brake
equipment required for certain trailers, semitrailers, and
pole trailers.
