(J) A PHARMACIST WHO COMPLETES A PROGRAM OF CONTINUING
PHARMACEUTICAL EDUCATION THAT IS NOT PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY THE
BOARD MAY REQUEST THE BOARD, IN WRITING, TO APPROVE THE PROGRAM
FOR CREDIT.
(K) THE BOARD SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO
CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION.
(L) ANY CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAM THAT IS CURRENTLY
APPROVED BY THE AMERICAN COUNCIL ON PHARMACEUTICAL EDUCATION
AUTOMATICALLY QUALIFIES FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985 1986.

AN ACT concerning
Vehicle Laws - Staggered Registration
FOR the purpose of providing for the implementation and
administration of a system of staggered registration for
certain motor vehicles at certain times; providing for
certain credits and refunds; adding certain provisions that
highway user revenue proceeds collected under staggered
registration be distributed in a certain manner during
certain months of the year; providing for registration
periods; eliminating certain references to registration
dates; modifying the authority of county Treasurers
governments to register vehicles; authorizing the
Administration to develop certain rules and regulations;
repealing obsolete provisions; and generally relating to
staggered registration of motor vehicles.
