AN ACT concerning

Physicians - Licensing - Incompetency

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Commission of Medical
Discipline of Maryland to reprimand, place on probation,
suspend, or revoke a license of a physician if the physician

is convicted of certain offenses was subject to

investigation or disciplinary action for certain acts under
certain circumstances, relating to incompetency as a
physician, that occurred when the licensee was authorized to
practice medicine in another state or country.
