AN ACT concerning

Maryland Industrial Land Act - Municipal Corporations

FOR the purpose of making municipal corporations eligible for
loans under the Maryland Industrial Land Act; making certain
stylistic changes; establishing a certain effective date;
and generally relating to the Maryland Industrial Land Act.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ' ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

INDICATED.

(B)  "COUNTY" INCLUDES THE CITY OF BALTIMORE.

(C)  "DEPARTMENT" MEANS THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

(D)  "POLITICAL SUBDIVISION" OR "SUBDIVISION" MEANS:

(1) A COUNTY; OR
