Vehicle Laws - Registration Plates

FOR the purpose of providing for the issuance of a special
registration for certain vehicles owned by members of
certain organizations by the Motor Vehicle Administration;
eliminating certain requirements concerning the appearance
of certain special registration plates; prescribing the
class of vehicles; individuals, and organizations eligible
for special registration; establishing a fee for issuance of
a special registration plate with exemptions; repealing
certain obsolete language; providing that these provisions
shall take effect a certain time; and generally relating
to the issuance of a special registration for certain
vehicles owned by members of certain organizations repealing
certain provisions of law requiring that certain
registration numbers be a specific size; repealing certain
language relating to the issuance of special registration
plates to certain organizations; providing for the drafting
and review of certain rules and regulations; providing for
the issuance by the Motor Vehicle Administration of certain
special registration plates to members of certain
organizations; prescribing certain classes of vehicles and
certain organizations that may be eligible for certain
special registration plates; providing for a certain fee and
a certain exemption from the fee; prohibiting the
distribution of certain moneys to local governments;
providing for a symbol for certain organizations; making
stylistic changes; providing that the Motor Vehicle
Administration is not required to reclaim or reissue
registration plates until the regular expiration of certain
plates; and generally relating to the issuance and display
of certain registration plates.
