(2) (i) A developer shall file a written statement
with the Secretary of State and the council of unit owners
describing the progress of construction, repairs, and all other
work on the condominium, which the developer has completed or
intends to complete in accordance with the public offering
statement for the condominium.
(ii) This [report] WRITTEN STATEMENT shall be
filed within 30 days after the transfer of 80 percent of the
units in the condominium or 2 years after the creation of the
condominium, whichever is sooner, AND ANNUALLY THEREAFTER UNTIL
THE REGISTRATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM IS TERMINATED.
(3) If the developer notifies the Secretary of State
that all of the units in the condominium have been conveyed to
unit owners other than the developer, and that the developer
cannot add additional units to the condominium, the Secretary of
State shall issue an order terminating the registration of the
condominium.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
Administrative Search Warrants - Fire Premises
FOR the purpose of authorizing a judge of the District Court or
circuit court to issue an administrative search warrant
under certain circumstances to certain individuals to
determine cause and origin of the fire; requiring that the
application for an administrative search warrant contain
certain information; providing for the execution and return
of the warrant; and generally relating to administrative
search warrants for conducting searches to determine the
cause and origin of fires.
