postsecondary educational institutions when considering a student
for admission.

[(c)] (B) The State Superintendent shall keep a
permanent file of these records [at the Department].

[(d)] (C) Any person who willfully fails or refuses to
comply with the provisions of this section is guilty of a
misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding
$1,000 for each violation.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Interception of Communications -
Postponement of Service of Inventory

FOR the purpose of providing that, on an ex parte showing of good
cause, the service of an inventory of intercepted
communications may be postponed for a certain period
periods of time; and providing that any order extending the
time in which the inventory is to be served must be under
seal of the court and treated in the same manner as the
order authorizing interception; and relating generally to
the postponement of service of inventory with respect to the
interception of communications.
