1.  the consent and oath required by §
2-301 of this [subtitle] TITLE, if written; or

2.  the fact that consent was given and an
oath was made, if given and made in person.

(ii) The licensed physician's certificate
required by § 2-301 of this [subtitle] TITLE may not be made a
part of the clerk's record.

(b) (2) A clerk or deputy clerk who violates the provisions
of this [subsection] SECTION is guilty of neglect of duty and on
conviction is subject to removal from office.

4-602.

(a)  The General Assembly finds that:

(2) there is an ever-increasing number of individuals
in this State who:

(v) face discrimination in employment because
of age and the absence of any recent employment experience; [and]

5-702.

The purpose of this subtitle is to protect neglected
children by:

(2) giving immunity to any individual who [is
required to report] REPORTS, in good faith, suspected incidents
of neglect;

5-707.

(b)  (2) If the report required by § 5-705(c) of this
subtitle states that neglect is neither confirmed nor ruled out,
the local [department] DEPARTMENT, within 1 year from the date of
the local department's report on its findings, shall expunge all
records in the local department that relate to that report.

5-709.

(e) (1) The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in
accordance with rules and regulations promulgated by the
Secretary of Health and Mental [Hygiene] HYGIENE, shall pay for
emergency medical treatment charges that are incurred on behalf
of a child who is examined or treated under subsection (b) of
this section.
