In subsection (e)(1) of this section, the former
language "and for the purpose of administering the
provisions of this subsection" is deleted as
superfluous.

In subsection (e)(1)(i) of this section, the phrase
"farm or agricultural purposes" is substituted for the
former phrase "are in fact bona fide farms", for
clarity.

In subsection (e)(2)(ii) of this section, the general
phrase "program of the United States" is substituted
for the former, obsolete reference to the "provisions
of the Agricultural Stabilization Act of the United
States government", for clarity.

In the introductory language of subsection (f) of this
section, the former phrase , "which appear to be
actively devoted to farm or agricultural use are in
fact bona fide farms" is deleted as superfluous.

In subsection (g)(1)(iii) of this section, the former
word "annual", which modified the defined term
"average gross income", is deleted as superfluous.

In subsection (g)(1)(iv)2. of this section, the phrase
"owner of the farm or agricultural use land" is
substituted for the former phrase "owner of the land
contiguous to the parcels", for clarity.

In subsection (g)(1)(v) of this section, the former
word "annual" that modified the defined term "gross
income" is deleted as superfluous...

Also in subsection (g)(1)(v) of this section, the
former reference to "gross revenues" is deleted as
superfluous.

In subsection (g)(2) of this section, the defined term
"actively used" is substituted for the former phrase
"which appear to be actively devoted to farm or
agricultural use are in fact bona fide farms", for
clarity.

Also in, subsection (g)(2) of this section, the
reference that an applicant shall "affirm, under oath"
the applicant's average gross income is substituted
for the former language "under oath ... to the best of
the applicant's ... belief" in light of the
explanation of oaths in § 1-201 of this article.

In subsection (g)(4)(ii) the reference to "other land"
is substituted for the former reference to "land not
receiving the agricultural use assessment", for
clarity and brevity.
