(I) 20% OF THE RATE DETERMINED BY THE HEALTH
SERVICES COST REVIEW COMMISSION UNDER SUBSECTION (D) OF THIS
SECTION; AND

(II) 80% OF THE PER DIEM RATE OF THE HOSPITAL
BASED RELATED INSTITUTION DETERMINED UNDER THE PROGRAM
REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO SKILLED AND INTERMEDIATE CARE NURSING
FACILITIES.

(5) BEGINNING JULY 1, 1989, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL
REIMBURSE AT RATES DETERMINED UNDER THE PROGRAM REGULATIONS
APPLICABLE TO SKILLED AND INTERMEDIATE CARE NURSING FACILITIES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County - Office of State's Attorney

FOR the purpose of establishing the salary of the Calvert County
State's Attorney as a certain percentage of the salary of a
Judge of the District Court of Maryland; providing that a
salary increase does not affect the incumbent; providing
that the State's Attorney is a full time position and that
the State's Attorney may not engage in the private practice
of law; providing for the appointment and salary of the
Deputy and assistant State's Attorneys; providing for duties
of the Deputy and the Assistant State's Attorney; and
generally relating to the Offices of the Calvert County
State's Attorney.
