SUBMITTED BY THE OWNER; AND

USAGE FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE 6-MONTH PERIODS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

disclosure statement; and generally relating to requirements
