(A)  A HOSPITAL SHALL PREPARE, ON THE FORM THAT THE
SECRETARY PROVIDES, A REPORT ON EACH INFANT WITH A RISK FACTOR
WHO IS BORN ALIVE IN THE HOSPITAL. IF AN INFANT IS BORN OUTSIDE
THE HOSPITAL, THE PERSON FILLING OUT THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE SHALL
MAKE A REPORT UNDER THIS SECTION.

(B)  THE SECRETARY SHALL DETERMINE THE CONTENTS OF THE
REPORT REQUIRED UNDER SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS SECTION.

(C)  THE REPORT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE SECRETARY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the
members appointed for the advisory council for the hearing
impaired infants program on July 1, 1985 expire as follows:

(1) 7 members in 1988;
(2) 7 members in 1987; and
(3) 7 members in 1986.

SECTION 3 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Belair Mansion Loan of 1983

FOR the purpose of amending the provisions of the Belair Mansion
Loan of 1983 to provide an extension of the time for the
City of Bowie to present evidence satisfactory to the Board
of Public Works that a certain matching fund will be
provided.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 75 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1983

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
