21-1003.

(a) The provisions of this section apply except as
necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance
with law or the directions of a police officer or traffic control
device.

(d) A person may not park a vehicle:

(6) On any property owned by the Board of Education
of Prince George's County where parking is prohibited by an
official sign; [or]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
21-1003(d)(7) of Article - Transportation of the Annotated Code
of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 21-1003(d)(8).

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

sheriff in Frederick County is placed on probationary

to hearings and decisions by the Frederick County
Commissioners with respect to appeals in disciplinary
