SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes

76.

(g) The following expenses relating to the sale shall be
allowed, all of which shall be liens on the property to be sold:

(4) The auctioneer's fee, which in no case shall
exceed ten dollars ($10.00) for any day when one, two or three
properties are sold; and for any day when four or more properties
are sold the fee shall be three dollars ($3.00) for each property
sold. However, in Dorchester, SOMERSET, and Wicomico counties
the auctioneer's fee shall be $10 for each property sold, but in
no event shall the auctioneer's fee be less than $50 per day or
greater than $200 per day.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
