(ii) the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
for Baltimore City, if the rate is set on or before June 30 for
the following taxable year.
SECTION 2. AND BE IF FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect February 1, 1986 and shall be applicable to all tax
years beginning after June 30, 1985.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 1 of this
Act shall take effect July 1, 1985 and shall remain effective
until February 1, 1986. On February 1, 1986, and with no
further action required by the General Assembly, Section 1 of
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.
Section 2 of this Act shall take effect February 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
Rabies Control - Cats
FOR the purpose of requiring the vaccination of certain cats
against rabies; providing that a county may not register or
license cats without proof that the cat has been adequately
vaccinated against rabies; establishing a certain standard
for the administration of rabies vaccinations; requiring
that certain records be maintained for a certain period;
making this Act an emergency measure; and generally relating
to rabies control.
