Ch. 304

of Public Works may waive the State's right of recovery if the
Board determines that there is good cause for releasing the
transferor, transferee, or owner from this obligation.

(10) There is hereby levied and imposed an annual State tax
on all assessable property in the State in rate and amount
sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds, as
and when due and until paid in full, such principal to be
discharged within 15 years of the date of issue of the bonds.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1985.

(House Bill 420)

AN ACT concerning

Chlorine Discharge Ban - Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries

FOR the purpose of prohibiting certain persons from discharging
certain chlorine or chlorine products into the Chesapeake
Bay or its tributaries during certain times at levels
greater than the levels set for certain other persons
publicly or privately owned sewage treatment plants;
providing for the scope of this Act; and generally relating
to controlling the discharge of chlorine or chlorine
products into the Chesapeake Bay or its tributaries.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
