122.

(A)  The Commission shall prescribe the length in rounds of
every boxing and sparring match or exhibition [and].

(B)   [the] THE contestants in every [such] BOXING match or
exhibition shall wear gloves weighing not less than five ounces.

(C)  THE COMMISSION SHALL PRESCRIBE PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR TO
BE WORN BY CONTESTANTS IN EVERY AMATEUR BOXING AND SPARRING MATCH
OR EXHIBITION.

127.

[Nothing] EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN § 122(C), NOTHING in this
subtitle and no provisions of §§ 109 to 126, inclusive, of this
article, shall be construed to apply to intercollegiate boxing
held or given on the campuses of or under the auspices of any
college or university within this State or to interscholastic
boxing held or given on the campuses or under the auspices of any
high school within this State.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.
