Article 56 - Licenses
472.

(a)  The Board shall promulgate from time to time a
reasonable schedule of fees and charges for its services. Such
fees and charges may be less than, but shall not exceed, the
amounts indicated for the services listed below:

1.  Issuance of registration BY WRITTEN
EXAMINATION -- $60

2.  ISSUANCE OF REGISTRATION BY RECIPROCITY -- $100

[2.] 3. Biennial renewal of license -- $70

[3.] 4. Additional late charge for renewal of
licenses issued more than thirty days after due date for renewal
has expired -- $85

[4.] 5. Certification of authorization -- $50.

(b)  An applicant to be tested shall pay an examination fee
that reasonably approximates the cost of administering the
examination, as determined by the Board.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Department of Natural Resources - Board of Review

FOR the purpose of establishing certain standards of review for
certain cases brought before the Board of Review of the
Department of Natural Resources; authorizing the Secretary
to establish by regulation certain standards of review for
the Board of Review; and generally relating to the
establishment of standards of review and procedures for
appeals to the Board of Review of the Department of Natural
Resources.
