FOR the purpose of defining certain terms under the Law BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments Section 727 Annotated Code of Maryland (1982 Replacement Volume and 1984 Supplement) BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments, Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments Section 728 through 734D Annotated Code of Maryland (1982 Replacement Volume and 1984 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments 727.
