(4) Obtain and provide information concerning the
security at the [Maryland Training School for Boys] CHARLES H.
HICKEY, JR. SCHOOL and provide for preserving the safety of the
communities surrounding the [Maryland Training School for Boys]
CHARLES H. HICKEY, JR. SCHOOL.

(d) The provisions of this section creating the [Maryland
Training School for Boys] CHARLES H. HICKEY, JR. SCHOOL Citizen's
Advisory Committee and relating to the duties of the Committee
are of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, 1987.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Mortgage Bankers and Brokers - Penalties

FOR the purpose of authorizing the State Bank Commissioner to
impose a certain fine for violation of certain provisions of
law concerning mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers;
specifying the considerations that the State Bank
Commissioner shall make in determining the amount of the
penalty for violation of certain provisions concerning
mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers; and generally
relating to the penalties for violations of certain
provisions concerning mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers.
