AN ACT concerning

Commissioner of Correction - Contracts

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Commissioner of Correction to

enter into certain contracts for the custody and

transportation of inmates; providing that private

contractors who transport inmates have certain authority;
and providing that an employee of a private contractor is
not an employee of the Division of Correction transfer of
inmates to certain institutions.

MARYLAND, That Section(s) 690(g) of Article 27 - Crimes and
Punishments of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be
Section(s) 690(i) 690(h).
