with the design, acquisition, or construction of any building
used or to be used as a place of sectarian religious worship or
instruction, or as a place of Masonic ritual or fraternal
activities, or in connection with any program or department of
divinity for any religious denomination. Upon the request of the
Board of Public Works, the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand
Lodge Free and Accepted Masons of Maryland and Its Jurisdiction,
Inc., shall submit evidence satisfactory to the Board that none
of the proceeds of this loan or any matching funds have been or
are being used for a purpose prohibited by this Act.
(7) The Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge Free and
Accepted Mason of Maryland and Its Jurisdiction, Inc., shall
grant and convey a perpetual preservation easement on the
exterior and interior of the structures, where appropriate, and
on the land to the Maryland Historical Trust, in forma and
substance acceptable to the Trust.
(7) Furthermore the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand
Lodge Free and Accepted Masons of Maryland and Its Jurisdiction,
Inc. shall grant and convey a perpetual preservation easement to
the Maryland Historical Trust on the interior and exterior of the
improvements and on the land, where appropriate, in form and
substance acceptable to the Trust.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1985.

Tax Court may hear and decide certain appeals.

Tax Court, under certain circumstances, to decide certain
appeals.
