(VII) REAL PROPERTY THAT IS:
1. USED PRIMARILY FOR AMATEUR SPORTS
EVENTS; AND
2. OWNED BY THE HAVRE DE GRACE LITTLE
LEAGUE, INCORPORATED.
(2) The governing body of Harford County shall adopt
procedures that govern the amount of and the conditions of
eligibility and method of application for the property tax credit
granted under paragraph (l)(vi) of this subsection. The amount
of the property tax credit may not be more than the amount of
property tax on real property that is associated with the
difference between the actual assessment of the land and the
maximum allowable agricultural use assessment that the Department
establishes.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect February 1, 1986.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 1 of
this Act shall take effect June 1, 1985 and shall remain
effective until February 1, 1986. On February 1, 1986, and with
no further action required by the General Assembly, Section 1 of
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.
Section 2 of this Act shall take effect February 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
Criminal Law - Hazing
FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from hazing or otherwise
mistreating certain students under certain circumstances;
prohibiting a certain defense to violations of this Act;
defining a certain term; providing certain penalties for
violations of this Act; requiring certain the governing
board of any school, college, or university officials to
take certain actions to adopt certain procedures to prohibit
hazing and to impose certain appropriate disciplinary
actions; and generally relating to the practice of hazing.
