(4) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION MAY NOT BE
CONSTRUED TO PERMIT ANY FINE UPON ANY EMPLOYEE OR AGENT WHO HAS
BEEN CAUSED OR DIRECTED BY THE EMPLOYER TO VIOLATE THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS SECTION.

(E) (F) THE PROVISIONS OF §§ 492, 521, AND 522 OF THIS
ARTICLE DO NOT APPLY IN WICOMICO COUNTY.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That before this Act
becomes effective it shall first be submitted to a referendum of
the legally qualified voters of Wicomico County at the general
election to be held in November of 1986. The Board of
Supervisors of Elections of Wicomico County shall do those things
necessary and proper to provide for and hold the referendum here
required. There shall be printed on the ballots or ballot labels
to be used at this election the title of this Act and underneath
the title, on separate lines, a square or box to the right of and
opposite the words: "For repealing Sunday Blue Laws" and a
corresponding square or box to the right of and opposite the
words "Against repealing Sunday Blue Laws" so that each voter of
the county may designate his or her decision for or against the
provisions of this Act. If a majority of the votes cast in the
election are "For repealing Sunday Blue Laws", the provisions
of this Act shall become effective on December 15, 1986 December
5, 1986, but if a majority of the votes cast in the election are
"Against repealing Sunday Blue Laws", the provisions of this Act
shall be of no effect and null and void.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That subject to the
provisions of Section 3 herein and for the sole purpose of
providing for the referendum therein required, this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Correctional Training Commission -
Entrance Level and In-Service Training Standards

FOR the purpose of providing that the Correctional Training
Commission may prescribe standards for the approval of
schools at which certain entrance level and in-service
training courses are conducted.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
