(2)  The seven members serving on the State Board as
of June 30, 1976 are:

(i) Members of the Board for the remainder of
their terms; and

(ii) Eligible for reappointment to the same
extent as on June 30, 1976.

(3)  The Governor shall appoint a new member to fill
any vacancy on the Board for the remainder of that term and until
a successor is appointed and qualifies.

(4)  A member is eligible for reappointment but may
not serve for more than two full 5-year terms.

(5) THE STUDENT MEMBER SHALL SERVE FOR A TERM OF 1
YEAR. A STUDENT MEMBER IS ELIGIBLE FOR REAPPOINTMENT BUT MAY NOT
SERVE MORE THAN 2 FULL 1-YEAR TERMS.

(5) THE STUDENT MEMBER SHALL SERVE 1 YEAR AS A FULL
VOTING MEMBER.

(5) THE STUDENT MEMBER SHALL SERVE FOR A TERM OF 1
YEAR. A STUDENT MEMBER IS ELIGIBLE FOR REAPPOINTMENT BUT MAY NOT
SERVE MORE THAN 2 FULL 1-YEAR TERMS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

FOR the purpose of altering the minimum age of an individual to
whom a dealer, vendor, or other person may not sell, barter,
or give any tobacco products under certain conditions.
