SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, the continuity
of the Medical Mutual Liability Insurance Society of Maryland as
a corporation incorporated under the corporation laws of this
State, its Articles of Incorporation, bylaws and Board of
Directors and corporate powers as affected by this Act is
retained. The personnel, records, files, furniture, fixtures,
and other properties and all appropriations, credits, assets,
liabilities, and contracts and obligations of the Society are
continued and preserved as the personnel, records, files,
furniture, fixtures, properties, appropriations, credits, assets,
liabilities, and contracts and obligations of the Society under
the laws enacted by this Act.
SECTION 5 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
Education - State Board of Education - Student Member
FOR the purpose of providing for a nonvoting nonvoting student
member with full voting rights to serve on the State Board
of Education; establishing qualifications and stating the
term of office; providing for the selection process for the
student member; providing for the selection process for the
student member; and generally relating to the membership of
the State Board of Education.
