specifications for anadromous fish intercept
hatchery. This appropriation may not be
expended until the Budget Committees approve
a detailed feasibility study concerning the
fish intercept hatchery proposal. This study
shall be conducted by the Department of
Natural Resources with operating funds
appropriated for research in consultation
with appropriate scientific, technical and
bay-related organizations and shall include
an examination of alternative approaches,
including a multi-site approach..............
