PREPARE DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
DEMOLISH EXISTING STRUCTURES, AND PREPARE
SITE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 300-CELL
MAXIMUM-SECURITY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY ON BG
& E #1 SITE AT A SITE IN BALTIMORE CITY
SELECTED BY THE GOVERNOR (BALTIMORE CITY),
PROVIDED THAT NO FUNDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
THIS FACILITY MAY BE EXPENDED UNTIL APPROVED
BY THE BUDGET COMMITTEES. REPRESENTATIVES OF
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND
CORRECTIONAL SERVICES AND THE DEPARTMENT OF
STATE PLANNING SHALL MEET WITH THE
APPROPRIATE NEIGHBORHOOD GROUPS FROM WITHIN A
1/2 MILE RADIUS OF THE PROPOSED SITE OF THE
MAXIMUM-SECURITY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY NOT
LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 1, 1985 FOR THE PURPOSE
OF: (1) INFORMING THE NEIGHBORHOOD GROUPS OF
THE PROPOSED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES AND THE
PREPARATION OF THE SITE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A MAXIMUM-SECURITY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY;
