fiscal year 1985 to fund
retirement contribution payments
to Montgomery County for
librarians who are not members of
the State Teachers' Retirement or
Pension System. In fiscal year
1984 and prior years, these
payments were made from the
amounts necessary to fund the
State Teachers' Retirement and
Pension Systems.
